Policy & Procedures
Boardroom Policy
Boardroom Procedure: Boardrooms are limited to 10 attendees per boardroom. Each attendee will be given a 5 minute timeslot. The first 2 1/2 minutes should be used to introduce yourself and your business. The second 2 1/2 minutes should be used for the boardroom attendees to ask questions and offer advice and referrals. Please refrain from any side talk during meeting. Tardiness: If you are more than five minutes late, the Boardroom Host has the right to request that you forfeit your turn to present or request that you present last. It is very important that you be on time to the boardrooms. Products: During the boardroom meeting, you should begin by standing and passing out your business cards. It is best to wait until the end of your presentation to hand out brochures, samples, etc. as these items will distract from what you are saying. Since this is 'Freedom Builders' creative presentations, product samples, examples & testimonials are more than welcome at the Boardrooms. Dress Code: Business or Business Casual is required in all boardrooms. Boardrooms held in country clubs may require a suit and tie for gentlemen. Please be sure to check the Dress Code when you enter your RSVP.
Guest Policy
At Boardrooms: Due to the exclusive nature of our system, Guests are not permitted to attend Boardrooms. New students are given a tremendous amount of training so they understand how to operate within our system. Without this training, Guests do not understand how the Boardrooms work and therefore are not permitted to attend. At Free Guest Overviews: It is recommended that first time Guests attend a Free Guest Overview to learn about all of the benefits of Freedom Builders. These Guest Overviews are free and held weekly. The Overviews offer a complete understanding of how our system works, how it is different and how it can best benefit them.
RSVP and Circulation Policies
Frequency: Students are encouraged to circulate among as many different meetings as possible, as frequently as possible. Since we do not have 'chapters' it is to your advantage to circulate and meet as many new people as possible. For this reason, we ask that you only attend the same Boardroom two times in a row. Students may return to that same Boardroom after two weeks have passed. This allows for other studentss to have the opportunity to attend and create powerful circulation within the community. RSVP Cancellation: All students are responsible for canceling their own boardroom RSVP's prior to each Boardroom. We understand that things come up, and we ask that students take the time to cancel their reservation as soon as they realize they cannot attend. They may do so by entering the RSVP System, clicking on that Boardroom and hitting the 'Cancel Reservation' button. They may also call or e-mail the Host, so long as it is 24 hours prior to the Boardroom. If a student RSVP's and 'no shows' to the same Boardroom on a frequent basis, the Host reserves the right to restrict the student from attending their Boardroom if there is a conflict or duplicate industry being represented. RSVP Scheduling: Students may RSVP as far in advance as they would like, so long as the respect the Frequency Policy.
Host Policy
Host Benefits: In order to be considered as a Host and part of our Leadership Team, interested students must first achieve the Gold status, which provides added exposure on our website via the Featured Students Page. Each active Host may post a full page Profile. A Template is provided. They may also attend the Silver Monthly MasterMind Sessions. Hosts are our leaders and whenever possible, we feature them at Overviews and events & when space allows, may offer them free Exhibit Tables at events throughout the year. Host Responsibilities: All new Hosts are responsible for finding suitable, professional Boardroom space for their meetings to be held. No food or beverages are permitted. All Boardrooms must be held in office suites, corporate conference rooms or country club settings. New Hosts must attend a minimum of 4 Boardrooms lead by other Hosts before launching their boardroom. They must meet one-on-one with a member of Freedom Builders Leadership Team to review Host Training Manual and ask any questions they may have. All Boardroom dates & locations must be approved by the FB Leadership Team. Hosts must review and follow all Boardroom procedures listed in their Host Training Manual & from time to time make Special Announcements as requested by the FB Leadership Team. It is the Hosts responsibility to network at other venues and invite guests/students to ensure their Boardrooms are full each week. Hosts who fail to meet this requirement will be replaced. Substitute Hosts: All Hosts are responsible for finding a substitute to cover their boardroom when absent. Only other FB Hosts or the Leadership Team are approved substitutes. All substitutes must provide original Host with the updated attendance list and it will be the original Hosts responsibility to enter the Boardroom attendance into the RSVP System on a timely basis. Hosts may not cancel any boardrooms without prior approval from the FB Leadership Team.
Refund Policy
Refund Requirements: Any and all requests for refunds must be made in writing within 5 days from application date. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Inability To Attend: Should a student be in a situation where he/she will not been able to participate for an extended period of time, a written request to 'freeze' their course schedule must be submitted and accepted. This will not effect any written payment plan and all payments will still be due on stated dates. Cancellation: Freedom Builders reserves the right to cancel any student for any reason it sees fit. Often upon regostration, bonus gifts, training programs, books, CD's, tickets, etc. are offered with the tuition. These are hard costs that Freedom Builders cannot get back. Therefore, any student who's tuition is cancelled by Freedom Builders will receive their paid portion of their prorated tuition back, less $100. In addition, if a referral fee has been paid out, this will also be deducted from the tuition refund. All students must sign a release to receive refund.
Big Events
Free Events: Freedom Builders holds many Big Events throughout the year. Often, these events are free and open to the public. We encourage students to invite Guests to attend along with them. These free events are great marketing tools to help drive the courses, which provides more Mental Rolodexes and students to attend the Boardrooms. Tickets to Events: Other events may have a ticket price. Not all Big Events should be considered free and included with tuition. Other events require a $100 seat deposit, which would only be charged in the event you fail to attend.
Exhibit Tables: Often times, Exhibit Tables are available at these Big Events. This is a wonderful opportunity to spotlight your business. Exhibit Table pricing varies, depending on the size of the event. Students are offered this opportunity prior to the general public.
